The North:  Following the fall of House Stark, the North is now under the rule of House Bolton.

The Vale:  Lady Lysa currently serves as leader of the Vale until Robin Arryn is old enough to take over.

The Riverlands: House Frey currently rules over the Riverlands.  Walder Frey has become Lord of Riverrun.

The Westerlands:House Lannister rules the region.

The Crownlands: House Baratheon rules under King Joffrey Baratheon ("son" of Robert Baratheon).

The Reach: House Tyrell rules the Reach under Mace Tyrell.
